You can also call (520) 290-0300, Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:45pm. The office is closed for lunch between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Your appointment is your reservation for our complete attention and care. Please honor this commitment by making it your top priority.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, our office makes a telephone reminder call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office at (520) 290-0300 as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to provide considerate and timely service to all of our patients.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or are a no-show for your appointment, you will be charged $25.00 or the amount of your insurance co-payment. (If you belong to a managed care plan, you are charged your office visit co-payment which may be more or less than $25.00).

Same-Day Appointments and Urgent Care

To get prompt care for an urgent medical problem, always call the office at (520) 290-0300. During office hours (8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday) our clinical team member will assess the level of care you need and schedule an appointment that day with your primary care physician, if possible, or with one of our licensed family nurse-practitioners. These professionals set aside urgent care appointments and work closely with your New Pueblo Medicine physician. If your urgent health problem occurs after hours, call (520) 290-0300 and ask to speak with the on-call New Pueblo Medicine physician who will respond to your situation.
